Use a complete Zcash Mainnet transparent address beginning with t1 or t3. Shielded and unified addresses cannot be inspected by a public watch-only viewer.
A balance looks incomplete
Only transparent ZEC is public. Funds held in shielded pools are intentionally hidden and will not appear here. Refresh the selected address and verify important values with a Zcash explorer.
Move or restore wallets
Open Settings, choose Export wallets, then use Import wallets on the destination device. Saved data does not transfer between devices automatically.
